Currency
Delivery
When
buying currency, How is delivery accomplished?
After
the order process is complete and payment is received, you can
log into your account to specify immediate delivery or give
us a one hour window to deliver the currency to you. If the
delivery agent is unable to contact your character, an e-mail
will be sent to the address provided.
When
buying currency, How long does delivery take?
Delivery
will take place 24/7 as soon as possible after the order is
received. Delivery will usually occur within an hour of when
the order is placed unless you choose to schedule an hour window
in which you would like the currency delivered to you.
When
buying currency, I have been waiting a while, how can I check
for an estimated time of arrival?
If
you have been waiting longer in game for longer than an hour,
please check your E-mail in case the delivery agent was unable
to contact you. If no e-mail was received, please log into your
account for more information and to arrange delivery.
If
you accidentally sent a pending E-Check, contact our customer
service and let us know and we can cancel the order. Once the
E-Check is cancelled, you can still choose one of our credit
card options to receive our services without delay.
How
do I avoid sending an E-Check?
If
you complete the Paypal verification process first and make
sure that adequate funds are present in the paypal account to
cover the transaction before placing the order, then an E-Check
will not be sent.
What
is a pending E-Check? Will my order process before it clears?
When
using Paypal, this is a payment option that is available. An
E-Check is usually created when a payment is sent from an unverified
Paypal account when there isn't enough funds in the Paypal account
to cover the cost of the order. Paypal proceeds to contacting
the bank to verify that the funds are available and this can
cause a 3 or 4 day delay. The order will be processed only after
the E-Check clears.
Is
there any handling fee/administration fee if I choose to receive
a corporate check?
There
is no charge when receiving a corporate check.
Will
the bank charge me a fee when I go to deposit the corporate
check?
Fees
for depositing corporate check would depend on your banks policies.
We recommend that you check with your bank about any fees when
receiving a check from a Canadian corporation before requesting
a corporate check. We may be able to accomodate you by sending
a money order instead.
What
is the fee for sending a payment via wire transfer?
Fees
for a wire transfer would depend on your banks policies. We
recommend that you check with your bank about any fees before
requesting a wire transfer. This is not currently an option.
What
is the fee for using Paypal?
If
you are using a non personal paypal account, Paypal has a small
percentage charge when receiving funds. We recommend that you
look at the Paypal
fee section on their site for more details.
What
is the powerleveling fees for a given game?
When
you click on the order section for each game, you will be presented
with a list of bulk levelling options as well as a calculator
that determines the cost with any add-ons. Each game has different
costs because there are different procedures to level your character
on each game.
