General
Does
AAAPling support price matching?
We
guarantee that you won't find a better value anywhere else,
and if you do, just include the website address of the competitor
offering a lower price in your order details, and we will consider
matching their price, provided that they are a well-established
service. Auctions do not qualify for this offer.
Does
AAAPling do custom orders?
Yes,
please feel free to contact us with the details of what you
need and we can let you know if we can do that for you and what
the cost will be.
Does
AAAPling have any affiliation with any game companies?
No,
AAAPling is an independent company and does not have any affiliations
with any game companies at this time.
Does
AAAPling have any price protection policy of any kind?
If
the price of your product is reduced at our site 24 hours after
your purchase, please contact our customer service with your
order number and let us know. We will give you credit to make
up the difference.
Does
AAAPling offer any partner or affiliate programs?
An
affiliate and referral program is currently in the development
process. We do occasionally take suppliers and/or power levelers,
please contact suppliers@PGMx.com if you
are interested.
Click
on the desired game, then server that you would like to buy
our services for. Select the power leveling options and/or
items that you would like to purchase, and add them to your
shopping cart. You can only shop for orders on one server
at a time. You can delete items from your shopping cart at
any time by hitting "edit cart".
Once you are done shopping, hit the "check out"
button and you will be asked for delivery information for
your order and then given the choices for your payment options.
Once at the payment options screen, select the desired method
of payment, and you will be taken to the appropriate place
for that option. Currently the choices are Paypal(Visa/Mastercard/American
Express, Discover/E-Check), and Credit Card through our Merchant
Account(Visa/Mastercard/American Express, Discover)
If you choose Paypal, you will be taken to a Paypal page where
you can use your existing Paypal account by clicking 'Send
Money Now' on the page you are taken to, or you will be required
to create a paypal account before choosing that option. If
you choose the merchant account option, you will be taken
to a page where you can securely enter your credit card information
before clicking 'Send Order Information'.
Once your payment has been processed, you will be contacted
via E-mail for any details required to complete your order.
How
do I receive an item I have purchased?
For
currency, a delivery agent would meet with you in the game to
deliver it to you. Please see our currency
delivery faq section for more details. For accounts, you
will be E-mailed the login information. For powerleveling, you
will be contacted via E-mail once the leveling has started and
once it is complete
How
do I start the powerleveling process?
Once
your order has been processed, an appropriate partner will receive
your login information and order details to start your order.
If the partner has any questions for you, they will contact
you. Usually we can start your order within 24 hours or less(often
much sooner). For your security, you may change your account
password before and after your powerlevel session. We can work
around a firm schedule if you wish to play during the leveling
process, however, the job will be done much more quickly if
we are given complete 24/7 control until the job is complete.
How
do I recieve the login information after purchasing an account?
Once
your order is processed, you will be E-mailed the account information.
Why
did my delivery person or powerleveler send a message then disappear?
It
is possible that the delivery agent is consolidating the currency
between a couple of accounts before delivering the currency
to you. It is also possible that the delivery agent may have
lost their connection and is trying to reconnect as well. In
some games, the delivery agent could be travelling to the meeting
point and is loading between areas. If you have any concern
about the delivery, please feel free to contact customer service.
Why
was I contacted by someone by phone when I placed a credit card
order?
When
making a credit card order on our Merchant Account, a phone
call is often placed for verification that the order is legitimate.
